What does the L502 Offer?
Like the L501, the Afinia L502 uses HP’s Duo Ink technology which allows you to switch between dye based and pigment based inks. Dye inks offer more vibrancy in printer whereas the pigment inks offer great durability whilst still producing an amazing full colour label.
It has an inbuilt unwinder and you can add a rewinder if required. It’s common to add a rewinder should you be printing any quantities of labels.
It prints up to 8.5″ or 216mm in width with full “edge to edge” label coverage. It’s 2400 x 1200 dpi resolution means that although its designed to offer great durability of print, the labels produced still look amazing. To be honest we run ours on the pigment inks only as we feel the print quality from them is still exceptional. Request samples and see for yourself!
