As we all deal with the ongoing challenges associated with COVID-19 we would like to share our heartfelt support and solidarity with you and your families.
At Peacock Bros., the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority. We have a 130 year legacy of responsible business and we are committed to continuing this by doing all we can to keep everyone safe.
As local Governments implement measures to contain this pandemic we have been taking strict precautions to protect our staff and their families, while ensuring that we continue to service our customers to the best of our ability.
Please take comfort in the fact that we remain fully staffed and operational across the country and our production, services and delivery mechanisms are secured. Further to this we have extensive contingency plans in place securing our supply chain and ongoing business operations ensuring we can meet our customers’ needs.
As we continue to follow the advice of our Governments and Public Health Authorities we have proactively implemented a range of precautionary measures including;
Stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols
- Workplace distancing and outside visitor limitation policies
- Working remotely (from home) in some areas
- Work travel bans in place for both domestic and International
Our measures are aligned with World Health Organization guidelines and local health officials, and we continue to adjust our approach as necessary.

Please note we may also temporarily not accept any new orders for some existing on account customers (i.e. customers who pay for goods via a monthly account). Orders can still be placed online via cash methods including, credit card.
